While in Wyndmere, Eric provided services for our flexible spending account. Eric was very knowledgeable on setting up and handling our accounts. Any questions that came up after setting up the individual accounts were handled in a very timely manner. Eric’s willingness to get involved was especially comforting to the school district, knowing that we had someone representing our account and that everything was set up the right way.
The Wahpeton School District has had much the same experience that the Wyndmere School District has had. Along with the flexible spending account, the school district got involved with a health savings account program (HSA) four years ago. The startup of the HSA program went smoothly because of Eric’s involvement. When Eric says he is going to find out the answer to a question he is not sure of, he does it very quickly and gets back to you.
